Aaah, family. This isn't the most flattering picture but it pretty much personifies mine, such as it is. You see us here celebrating my mom's birthday, hence the partywear. I feel the need to tell you that to excuse the fact that my mom has a gaudy plastic necklace, and I am wearing tie-dye. Alas, Nothing can explain my brother's faces- they were just born that way. *giggle* (what is it about brothers that just bring out the kid in you?)
My mom (my brothers and I call her Moomis) is a huge spiritual influence on my life, and has now begun a blog of her own. Will you all please jog on over and send her some bloggy love? I'm sure she'd like the company, since she's still healing from the surgery to repair her broken elbow, and I'm just betting you'll enjoy the read as well!
